At Awakan LLC, we want every collector to have confidence when purchasing trading cards and collectibles from our store.

Because trading cards are collectible items, condition and handling are extremely important. Our return policy is designed to protect both our customers and the integrity of collectible products.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition as received
• The product must include all original packaging and accessories
• The item must not show signs of damage, alteration, or misuse
• Proof of purchase is required

Trading Card Products

For collectible products, the condition of the item is important. Opened packs, opened boxes, or products where the collectible condition has been changed may not be eligible for return.

Individual cards, graded cards, and sealed products must be returned in the same condition they were received.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging

Our team will review the issue and work with you toward a solution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning collectible items.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted before an order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will follow the return process if eligible.
