What Is A Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows customers to purchase or reserve a product before the official release date.

Pre-order items are clearly identified on the product page with relevant release information whenever available.

Payment For Pre-Orders

Payment is collected at the time the pre-order is placed.

This allows Awakan to secure inventory and prepare your order for fulfillment once the product becomes available.

Release Dates

Release dates provided by manufacturers are estimates and may change.

Awakan is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, shipping carriers, or circumstances outside of our control.

If a release date changes significantly, we will provide updates when possible.

Shipping Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items will ship after the product becomes available and your order is ready for fulfillment.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your shipment may be sent according to availability unless otherwise stated.

Changes & Cancellations

Pre-order cancellation requests must be submitted before the order enters the fulfillment process.

Once a pre-order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled and will follow our return policy if eligible.

Product Availability

While we work to maintain accurate inventory, product availability may occasionally change due to manufacturer allocations, distributor limitations, or unexpected supply issues.

If we cannot fulfill a pre-order, we will contact you regarding available options.
